Allison Gault, M.D.
Dr. Gault attended Georgetown University and then went on to earn her M.D. from the Sackler School of Medicine at Tel Aviv University. She completed both her internship and residency in Pediatrics at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. In recognition of Dr. Gault’s commitment to teaching and excellence in clinical care, she was awarded the Physician of the Year Award from Mount Sinai Hospital during her pediatric training. Dr. Gault currently sees patients and supervises residents in the Pediatrics Associates practice at the Mount Sinai Hospital. Dr. Gault’s areas of expertise include caring for children from underserved communities with complex medical illness as well as childhood obesity. She also serves as co-director of J.U.M.P. at Mount Sinai, a free comprehensive weight management program for overweight children and adolescents followed in the Pediatric Associates practice. In 2009, the pediatric housestaff recognized her commitment to medical education when she received the Attending of the Year award. In May, 2015, Dr. Gault completed the APA Educational Scholars Program, a three year fellowship in educational scholarship.
