Rob directs FAN4Kids' strategic vision, including programand business development. He meshed his passion for coaching, fitness training and helping children with his extensive consulting and financial background to create the FAN4Kids' program. Prior to founding FAN4Kids, Rob was an equities trader with Heartland Securities and a labor relations consultant for over 9 years with Linn & Green Consulting and The Hay Group. As a consultant, Rob worked with the management of city governments, municipalities, colleges and universities, andprivate firms in a variety of labor relations areas, primarily during contract negotiations. A former college and semi-professional soccer player, Rob, a certified personal trainer, has coached co-ed soccer for children ages 7-12, founded the Secaucus, NJ All-Star Summer Soccer Camp, and has served as a volunteer with the Junior Achievement program. He also completed four ING New York City marathons (finally under four hours in 2009). Rob received a BA in economics from Swarthmore College and studied abroad at the Universite de Grenoble, in France.

Dina joined FAN4KIDS in July 2011
and works in development, grants, programs and management. Dina is an attorney who practiced as a litigator, public advocate and managing attorney for ten years until she became a mother. As the mother of three boys she turned her time and attention to children’s nutrition, fitness and overall wellness in the school system. She has been a tireless advocate for wellness in New Rochelle’s elementary schools since 2007. Dina has led wellness committees on the elementary school level, and has also been a member of district-wide wellness committees and worked in conjunction with the Alliance for a Healthier Generation to combat childhood obesity. Dina enjoys cooking healthy meals for her family and taking long hikes as a favorite “family time” activity. She stays healthy and energized with regular cardiovascular activity, strength training and a yoga practice.

oversees FAN4Kids' fitness programming and training. He has been a part of the organization since September 2005. Justin has been teaching and working with young athletes since his resident internship at the U.S Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Having been an obese child, Justin believes that all children have the right to proper nutrition education and resources. Jasmine grew up in Brazil and West Africa, where she spent most of her time outdoors; climbing trees, riding her bike, swimming and dancing. She moved back to the US after high school to attend Georgetown University, where she received her BA in Art and Anthropology - all while performing and competing with two dance groups. After graduation, she moved back to Benin, West Africa to teach dance and art to elementary, middle and high school students. Jasmine completed her MA in Cultural Anthropology and Education at Columbia University Teachers College, where she focused on the importance of education that goes beyond academics. Through FAN4Kids' educational program she is given the opportunity to restore a culture of healthy habits back to urban minority communities. Jasmine loves exposing children and their families to creative and fun ways of staying healthy; witnessing how much happier and more productive they become.

Annette joined the FAN4Kids team in January 2008 as an instructor in the
Bronx school district. She is the only instructor who teaches full time. In 2007 she completed her MS in Nutrition from Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons. Annette has been educating families about nutrition and healthy lifestyles for the past seven years. Prior to FAN4Kids, Annette preformed diabetes research at Lincoln Medical Center, NY. She also was a family diabetes/nutrition educator and worked with the WIC program. In addition to FAN4Kids, Annette instructs a variety of fitness classes for all ages, and coach's middle school and high school track and cross-country. Annette believes that a positive approach to nutrition education and fitness training is crucial to making healthy behavior changes. Her primary goal is to empower children by adopting healthy lifestyles.

Karen graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Exercise Science, and has worked as an exercise physiologist and fitness manager in wellness centers where she developed exercise prescriptions for all types of people, including special populations. As a former Division I varsity tennis player at University of Delaware, Karen was all-conference winner 4 years and co-captain for 1 year. In addition to FAN4Kids, Karen is also a Certified USPTA tennis instructor, and teaches children and adults of all levels; she currently teaches at the Brunswick Hills Racquet Club in East Brunswick, NJ. A self-proclaimed sports enthusiast, Karen played soccer from grades K-12 and ranked in the Eastern section for USTA junior tennis. Karen stays active by running 5 days a week and strength training 3 times a week, and enjoys healthy cooking and watching her favorite Food Network shows.
